Unlike standard 4-tonne or narrower 5-tonne models that restrict drive-through access and limit door clearance on wide-track commercial vehicles, this extra-wide clear-floor lifting system features an expansive 3.4-metre spacing between columns to ease bay placement. It is engineered explicitly for high-volume commercial fleet operators, diesel repair garages, and agricultural service workshops managing wide light trucks, service utilities, and oversized four-wheel drives.

Before You Order

Installation requires a level, fully cured concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 115 mm and a compressive strength rating of 32Mpa. The electro-hydraulic power pack operates via a standard 240 V single-phase electrical supply connected to a dedicated 15 A circuit breaker (should not operate off of a 10amp extension lead). Ensure your designated workshop bay provides adequate vertical clearance for the overall clear-floor structure, maintaining a safe margin from any hanging lights or automated doors.
