It is engineered explicitly for automotive restoration shops, commercial lease bays, and residential garages encountering sub-standard, old, or unverified concrete conditions under 200mm, meaning it is not required for newly built workshops that already feature heavy-duty, depth-certified 32 MPa reinforced concrete pads.
