About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Aussie Car Hoists online store or buy from us through it. Please read them with our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Products, prices and orders

Please check the product description, specifications, selected options and quantity before ordering. If you need help choosing equipment for your intended use, contact us before purchasing.

Review the currency, item price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total shown at checkout before placing your order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and contact you if needed. If you notice an error or need to request an order change, contact us promptly. A request does not itself confirm that a change can be made.

Delivery and collection

Delivery options, freight arrangements, estimated transit times, collection and unloading requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Check these requirements before ordering, particularly for heavy equipment. Contact us for a freight quote where the policy requires one or if the delivery arrangements are unclear.

Returns, faults and consumer rights

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request assistance. We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges after dispatch, but this does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any product warranty is additional to those rights.

Safe use and website use

Follow the equipment's supplied installation, operation and maintenance instructions. If requirements or specifications are unclear, contact us before installation or use. Do not use this website for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation.
