Shipping and freight
You place your order
Freight is calculated at checkout from the weight and dimensions of what is in your cart, and your delivery postcode. For anything over 50 kg you choose how you want it delivered.
We dispatch and send tracking
Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. On the rare occasion something isn't on the shelf, we'll ring you before we take your money.
We book your consignment and email you the tracking number when your items leave us.
You unload it
If it is coming to your address you need to be there, with a forklift or equivalent. If it is going to a depot, Mainfreight will call you when it is ready to collect.
Estimated transit times
These are estimated transit times in business days after dispatch, separate from order handling. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and do not account for unforeseen delays. For a delivery estimate for your postcode, request a freight quote.

What you will need
- A forklift, or another way to unload up to several tonnes
- Someone on site when the courier arrives - redelivery fees apply if nobody is there
- A vehicle and trailer suitable for the load, if you are collecting
- Sealed, level ground with reasonable truck access
Collect directly from us
You are welcome to collect your order from 42 Gregory Street West, Wendouree 3355. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please check for public holidays as we may be closed.
Delivery to your address
You will need a forklift on site to unload from the courier truck. It is your responsibility to unload your items and to be at the delivery address when the courier arrives. Extra charges apply if the address is residential.
Delivery to a Mainfreight depot
If you do not have a forklift on site we can deliver to your nearest Mainfreight depot or agent. Mainfreight will call you when it is ready. You must arrange pick up within 5 working days, otherwise Mainfreight will start to charge storage fees, which you will need to pay.
Smaller items and tailgate delivery
Some items such as wheel balancers, tyre changers and similar may be able to be delivered to your address with a tailgate. Fees apply. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
