Unlike standard 4000 kg or 4500 kg hoists that experience structural flex and reach limitations when positioned under long-wheelbase commercial vans, this 5-tonne lifting system uses reinforced steel columns and robust internal carriages to guarantee absolute stability. It is engineered explicitly for high-volume commercial fleet workshops, diesel repair garages, and local maintenance bays requiring heavy lifting capability within a restricted-height workspace.

Before You Order

Installation requires a level, fully cured concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 115 mm and a compressive strength rating of 32 MPA. The electro-hydraulic power pack operates via a standard 240 V single-phase electrical supply connected to a dedicated 15 A circuit breaker (should not operate off of a 10amp extension lead). Ensure your designated workshop bay accommodates the 3500 mm overall width and that the 2794 mm column height safely clears all structural roof beams and overhead warehouse lighting.
