Unlike floor plate alternatives that require driving over a raised steel cover profile, this clear-floor lifting system positions all mechanical synchronisation components overhead to preserve a clean workshop bay entry. It is engineered explicitly for high-volume commercial mechanical workshops, tyre service centres, and fleet repair garages that demand rapid turnaround times, meaning it is not suited to low-ceiling sheds or premises where the overhead layout is restricted by structural roof beams.

Before You Order

Installation requires a level, fully cured concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 115 mm and a compressive strength rating of 32Mpa. The electro-hydraulic power pack operates via a standard 240 V single-phase electrical supply connected to a dedicated 15 A circuit breaker (should not operate off of a 10amp extension lead). Please ensure your workshop ceiling provides adequate clearance for the overall height of the columns and overhead beam, maintaining a safe margin from any hanging lights or automated doors.
