Overview

Power-Side Platform

The power-side platform and its supporting column sit on the same side as the power unit. Underneath this platform you'll find the drive hydraulic cylinders, steel cables, and rotating wheels. The transmission cables for the upper and lower power platforms differ from one another.

Non-Power-Side Platform

No hydraulic cylinder or steel cable is fitted underneath this platform, and the upper and lower platforms are identical in design.

Intermediate Drip-Proof Plates

Fitted between the two runways on both upper and lower platforms to stop fluid from dripping onto vehicles below. Each level contains nine plates, with iron as standard and aluminium plates available on request.

Safety Limit Stop Bar

Positioned beneath the upper platform to prevent the lift from rising too far. If a vehicle on the lower platform contacts the safety stop bar, the lift will stop immediately to keep operation safe.

Front and Rear Cross Beams

Add extra structural strength to the lift, with two beams connecting to the power-side support column and two connecting to the non-power-side column.

Drive-On Ramps

The upper platform features longer, foldable ramps, while the lower platform uses shorter ones — both allowing vehicles to drive on and off with ease. Each platform comes with two ramps.

Wheel Stops

Fitted at the front of the lift to stop front wheels rolling forward, with rubber wedges securing the rear wheels — four wedges supplied per platform.

Safety Locks

Once activated, these prevent the platform from descending in the event of a power failure or hydraulic leak. Each support column has a row of safety locking ladders with locking holes spaced 100mm apart, allowing the platform to lock at various heights throughout its lifting range. An optional slack-cable safety system is also available, and the lift must be fully lowered or locked before the operator steps away from the equipment.

Hydraulic Selector Valve

Controls the vertical movement of the upper and lower platforms — only one platform can be raised or lowered at a time.

Air-Actuated Unlocking Valve

Raises the selected platform roughly 60mm to release the safety lock block inside the cross beam from the locking ladder hole in the support column. The unlocking air valve is then switched off during descent, allowing the platform to lower safely.
