Overview

The YL-4000H is a heavy-duty EXTRA HIGH, portable 4-tonne 4-post parking hoist designed to double your available parking space while giving you the flexibility to service a wide range of vehicles. Diamond-plated platforms and a tough powder-coated finish ensure dependable, long-lasting performance in any garage or workshop setting.

Built on a standard configuration, the YL-4000 supports a wide range of optional extras, including a caster wheel kit, oil tray kit, solid steel infill kit, rolling jack, and jacking plate — letting you customize the hoist to suit your exact needs.

  • Slack Cable Safety Interlocks — An integrated secondary mechanical backup mechanism halts lowering travel instantly if a cable loses tension, protecting both the operator and the vehicle.
  • Industrial Powder Finish — The commercial-grade exterior coating provides high resistance against workshop fluids, chemical spills, and heavy mechanical abrasions.
  • Enclosed Cable Routing — High-tensile steel synchronization ropes route internally through the horizontal crossbeams and vertical columns to prevent accidental contact or environmental fouling.

Before You Order

Installation requires a level, fully cured concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 100 mm and a compressive strength rating of 32Mpa. The electro-hydraulic power pack is configured for a standard 240 V single-phase electrical supply requiring a dedicated 20 A circuit breaker, which must be connected directly by a licensed electrician. Verify that your workshop layout provides sufficient floor space for the 4200 mm runway length and that your ceiling height easily accommodates the maximum vertical lifting height plus the roofline of your tallest target fleet vehicle.
